Starting Out

Well, a little about me... Im a single mom who is lucky enough to be able to work from home. I cut a lot of corners and make a few sacrifices to be able to do it, but its worth being able to be home for kiddo when she needs me, especially now that shes about to become a teenager!

I cut a lot of corners to make things work, but at the same time...I like being able to enjoy life and give my daughter things too, so I try to spend my money wisely so that I can splurge a bit too. I used to sign up for a bunch of free samples online, and that was pretty cool...sort of like getting a gift, Id sign up for and get things I woudlnt usually spend money oon to get for myself, and sometimes, I came across something that I realized really is worth buying, so that whole free sample thing really works for those guys..hah!

Something I just stumbled on that I never really took seriously is sweepstakes and contests. The more I read about it, the more it seems people really do win, and there are a lot of them that a free to enter, so I spent some time yesterday entering contensts and sweeps I found online, and figured...maybe it would be nice to keep track of em all, and share them too.

All the stuff Id enter or sign up for would be things that I really am interested in and want... Like, it would be nice to be able to take a trip sometime...I havnt been on "vacation" in years! Id also entering anything for beauty and pampering cause I could use that! I love electronics and gadgets, so Id enter for stuff like that too...and also anything that kiddo would be interested in. I have so many friends with babies, so Id get things that I can pass onto them to enjoy too.

So, Im not going to sign up for any and everything under the sun, just the things that really interest me. If you happen to like the same things I do, then hey, I might end up listing something that youd like to sign up for too. Time will tell! Hope you have a great 4th of July!
